Quality policy

Satisfied customers


We strive to have an in-depth knowledge of our customers' requirements, so that we can always deliver products that correspond to the customers' needs and expectations.

In order to get to know the customers' needs, we ensure a continuous dialogue with the customers, whilst we simultaneously carry out market research so that we are constantly updated with developments in the market. In order to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that we remain the customers' first priority when choosing technical equipment, we issue an annual customer satisfaction analysis, where we ask our customers to rate VIGSØ as a supplier of technical equipment with a high replacement flow.

Correct order gaskets

We will endeavour to minimize errors in outgoing orders. To ensure this, we will log any errors in orders brought to our attention by the customer, and then improve our processes to ensure that errors are not repeated.

Internal information

Close cooperation and thorough information within the company will ensure a good flow and a safe handover of sales to the project. Environmental policy

Reduce environmental impact.

We will reduce the amount of waste and lower our consumption so that we continuously reduce our impact on the environment. In addition, we will influence our suppliers to deliver goods that are packed in packaging that can be reused. We require new suppliers to use packaging that is recycled.

Reduce the rental of conventional lighting with a focus on optimizing the ratio between lumens/watts

Through close customer contact and thorough guidance, we will reduce the number of rental days on conventional lighting and instead focus on renting out products with an LED light source. The LED technology ensures a longer life for the product and a lower power consumption for the customer. With a focus on an energy-efficient product range, we want to increase our customer group who choose to rent instead of buying new themselves.

Streamline the rental portfolio

In line with the green transition, we will prioritize purchasing products that have a high level of efficiency. We will make demands on our suppliers to ensure that our portfolio of products gets a higher Lumen/watt ratio
